My fave fairytale is Sleeping Beauty. Very sweet.
I can’t decide! Seriously… I think my favorite fairy tale right now would be The Little Mermaid, but that’s only because I’m writing a story about it. But fairy tales are all pretty awesome. Maybe East of the Sun, West of the Moon? (Of the non-writer-associated tales.)
My favourite fairy tale is probably Beauty and the Beast.
Call me cryptic but my favorite fairy tale is that of Bluebeard. I know.. I am a strange cookie.

My favorite fairy tale has always been Sleeping Beauty. It is just such a love conquers all kind of a story. I also love the fact that the prince was willing to slay a dragon for his lady love.
Oooh great contest idea. My favourite traditional fairytale is Cinderella, but I love it when authors twist up tradition (eg Dianne Wynne-Jones’ HOWLS MOVING CASTLE) to create something unique.
My favorite tale has been redone in many forms…..the Seven Swans. It’s a great tale of love and perseverance.
A lot of my favorite fairy tales are the ones adapted by Disney, and my all-time favorite is probably The Little Mermaid. Just not the tragic version, haha.
I liiike too many of them, but the first one that comes to mind is Little Red Riding Hood!
I love most all fairy tales. I think my favorite would be Cinderella. I just read a re-telling and it made me like it more.

Man that’s rough. I love so many despite a lack of really strong female characters. (I wish there was at least one story that had a female making choices and moving the story with those choices (probably a sign of the times) instead of being cursed or almost molested or something else completely out of her hands.
Current favorite is “The White Deer”.

I love fairy tales and my favorite one always seems to be changing. Lately I’ve been watching and reading all sorts of Cinderella type tales. 🙂

Beauty and the Beast is my favorite.
I have a lovely book called Old Swedish Fairy Tales, and the story of the Glassblower is my favorite of them! I re-read it more than any other fairy tale.
I’m a big fan of Beauty and the Beast.

My favorite fairy tale is Aladdin. I like it because it’s different from the others. The guy isn’t a prince and the girl wants to see the world, not be swept off her feet.
